Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Finsavvy's website or enrolling in any of our educational programs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Finsavvy", "We", "Us", "Our" โ refers to Finsavvy, operating from 6, Persiaran KLCC, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "User", "You", "Participant" โ any individual accessing our website or enrolled in a Finsavvy program.
- "Service" โ the financial education programs, website, and related content provided by Finsavvy.
- "Agreement" โ these Terms and Conditions in their current form.
- "Content" โ all educational materials, frameworks, toolkits, and written material produced by Finsavvy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. Service Description
Finsavvy provides financial education programs in Malaysia, including but not limited to:
- Behavioral Finance Awareness
- Corporate Finance Essentials
- Digital Finance and Fintech Literacy
Programs are subject to availability. Finsavvy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programs with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
4. Enrollment and User Accounts
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Finsavvy. Participants are responsible for ensuring that information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete. Finsavvy does not maintain user accounts on this website โ all communications are conducted via email.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Engage with program content respectfully and professionally
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written permission
- Not misrepresent your identity or professional background during enrollment
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All educational content, frameworks, toolkits, checklists, and materials produced by Finsavvy remain the intellectual property of Finsavvy. Upon program completion, participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use take-home materials for their own professional development. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of program content is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Payment Terms
Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are due prior to the program commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment confirmation.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7โ13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 6 days of program commencement. Participants unable to attend may transfer their place to another individual with advance written notice.

Finsavvy's programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or professional financial services. Content is provided for informational and learning purposes only. Participants should seek qualified professional advice before making financial decisions based on program content. Results of applying program concepts vary depending on individual circumstances and are not represented or implied by Finsavvy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Finsavvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services or reliance on program content. Our total liability in any matter related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the relevant program.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Finsavvy harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Termination
Finsavvy reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to our services if a participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, refunds will be assessed based on the circumstances and at Finsavvy's discretion. Participants may withdraw from a program by providing written notice, subject to the refund policy described above.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation under the Malaysian Mediation Centre. These Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
13. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Finsavvy with respect to use of our services.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
